OCTOBER 7, 2020

NovoaGlobal celebrates Walk to School Day on October 7, 2020. Since 1997, communities have been coming together for Walk to School Day. Safe Routes to School (SRTS) programs are sustained efforts by parents, schools, law enforcement, advocacy groups, community leaders and government to improve the well-being of children by walking and biking to school.

At NovoaGlobal we create safer communities for children. Our school zone speed enforcement systems, School Zone Speed-Safe, support this effort by changing driver behavior in school zones so that drivers obey posted speed limits, thus allowing time to quickly respond if children cross the street without looking or dart into traffic while walking to and from school. Let’s protect our most vulnerable population and all work together to create a safer community.
